Delivery policy
Standard Delivery - Delivery times reflect the distance the parcel travels and the remoteness of the location.
Capital cities within Australia can expect delivery within five
working days, remote locations up to 14 working days. The maximum time allowance for
delivery is 5 weeks, depending on stock availability. If stock is unavailable for delivery
within this time, customers will be notified within 5 days from the date of purchase. (see
'Replacement' policy below). Prices quoted are for delivery within Australia only.
Overseas orders – We regret that we are unable to accept orders from countries outside of Australia.
Special Requirements - You may sometimes have special requirements for the delivery of your
parcel. Any comments that you would like to include can be recorded in the 'Payment
Details' section of the checkout process.
Delivery method – CNE Beauty Salon Supplies will use one of three delivery methods do deliver your
order to your door in the quickest time and in the best possible condition. We will choose
between one of the following delivery services. (1) Australia Post (non flammables only) (2)T.N.T. Express or
(3)Fastways
Delivery charges - Delivery is charged on each order. All basic stock has a simple $10.00
fee per order to anywhere in Victoria or $16.50 in other states outside of Vic . Large items are not
included in the Delivery fee. Please contact our sales staff by telephone or email for
delivery prices on large items.
Explanation of retail price quoted - As indicated, all purchase prices shown are inclusive of 10% GST.
Checking an Order
If you have any questions about an order that you have placed, contact our Customer Service
Staff by either telephone or email for further information or assistance.
Order Replacement Policy
If an order fails to arrive with 5 weeks from the date of purchase (maximum delivery time),
we will replace your purchase free of charge and send it to you immediately. Simply contact
our Customer Service Staff by telephone or email for further in formation.
Returns policy
Refund Policy
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
No returns accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify
our Customer Service Staff immediately with any details within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods Goods damaged during transit or faulty goods will be promptly
replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued.
Any refunds or exchanges requested require original receipt to be presented.
Refunds/ exchanges are only accepted if the goods are returned in unopened/unused condition.
Please select your items of purchase carefully. We accept no responsibility for incorrect ordering.
Once a purchase has been made and paid for and goods are received in good working condition,
used or unwanted items will not be eligible for refund.
Any goods requiring return via post or courier will incur freight charges on the purchaser.
