Our Promise To You

Our promise on Education:

YOU are the paying customer, we are taking your money for professional training, and that is EXACTLY what you will get.

• Our educators stay in the classroom at all times. They don’t do a quick demo and leave you whilst they go away for hours on end and do clients
• Our educators will not take their personal mobile phones into the classroom
• Our educators will not bring their own clients into the classroom
• We only employ highly motivated educators that are friendly, supportive and approachable. Our educators love to teach and are dedicated to your success, you will never find our educators sitting at the front of the class reading the latest trashy mag or doing their own nails
• Our educators all hold the current qualification: “Certificate IV in Workplace training and assessment”
• Our educators are experts in the subject they teach and have many years of salon experience
• You get professional advice and hands-on attention throughout the entire course
• We will NEVER have more than 8 students in any of our classes, we believe in quality, not quantity
• We start classes on time every lesson because our school is fully equipped with enough, furniture, products and equipment to cater for every student and their client, there is no searching the campus for chairs, tables, lamps, wax pots, etc before class begins. Our rooms are equipped and “Ready to go” at all times
• You will learn how to perform professional services on REAL people, we refuse to give you a rubber hand or a rubber glove filled with sand, rice or any other rubbish!, you are paying us to teach you how to be competent enough to take money from real people so that is what we will teach you
• We DO NOT use cheap, inferior products because they are for “training” in fact we do the opposite. You will learn how to use the highest quality nail, makeup & waxing products like the “REAL” salons use
• We will always use fully labelled products so you know exactly what’s in each bottle
• We will not give you a big thick textbook with outdated information inside to read
• We do not sit you in front of a video to learn
• You will have your own copy of the course lesson plan for the course that you are doing, so you know EXACTLY what you will be learning each class
• Our educators do not teach outdated techniques or information
• You will be treated with respect as we work together on your skills and knowledge, thus giving you not only the competence to move forward, but the confidence to do so as well

Our promise on customer service:

• Our administration/ support and customer service team are very approachable and just like our educators, are dedicated to your learning success throughout your entire course
• We will NEVER do a hard sell on any of our products or training programs, we answer questions with fact and deliver professional information so that you can make your own educated decisions
• We are still there for you after you finish your course, we will stay in touch with newsletters, and we do love to hear from past graduates

Our promise on product sales:

• We offer friendly, helpful, professional advice
• We will not pressure sell our products at any time
• We do not sell products to the untrained public, so if your clients ever try to buy products to do their own nails, or to wax their own legs, etc, we will not sell to them

The reasons why we are not a salon……..it’s all about integrity

• You are paying us to teach you. So you, our students, are our customers
• We want to teach you how to do client services, so you can build up your own clientele. We do not want clients, we want YOU to have them
• WE want to see you to succeed in the industry, not compete against you
• We sell professional products to salons, so we do not want to take clients away from our own customers
• We teach to the highest possible standards at all times because our students are no threat to us, because we ARE NOT A SALON!
